Approximately 50 children came by the farm to get hands-on feel of the alpaca fiber (on and off the animal!) and an introduction to the alpaca fiber usage by our farm. Questions were numerous and attentiveness outstanding!

This FFA group from Missouri showed considerable interest in the alpaca's fiber (both on and off the animal), and the preparation/use of the fiber as a soft, warm, durable clothing material. Many well versed young adults regarding animal husbandry and maintenance.
